It won’t work for me. I did it exactly like you are. I have a 3GS restored to 4.0.1 and need to go back to 3.1.3 and I get the usual error message even after the code.
It seems like you need to do an SHSH Blob – Check out my other video that shows you how to do that using Tiny Umbrella – jay
Will it work, even if I don’t have my SHSH blobs from 3.1.3 saved?
I’ve heard that people have done it without doing the shsh blob – try it out and let me know – ty
